RECIPIENT agrees to use the questionnaire once for each purchase and shall not distribute or transfer it to another location or to any other person without prior written permission from PETALSlearning.com. Title to the questionnaire, page elements, and any associated documentation shall at all times remain with PETALSlearning.com, and RECIPIENT agrees to preserve same (Excluding any product-related emails sent to the recipient by PETALSlearning.com)
